Charlie's pretty good about trying new foods. He'll let you give him a bite of something new, especially if it's something you're eating. Things other people are eating are extremely interesting.
He'll examine the bite in his mouth for half a second with his tongue. Then he has two possible responses. If he doesn't like it he'll push it out of his mouth and say "hot." I guess "hot = don't like" in his world. If he likes it, he'll swallow it, pat his tummy and say "yum yum." Then he'll lunge for another bite.
